Boiler Range

We are offering Boilers from 150 kW up to 10,000 kW nominal capacity. Due to the scalability of our systems it is possible to offer larger output sizes. The following graphic shows the standard types which are available and also the possibilites of combining the different boilers with our combustion systems.

Warm- and Hot Water Boilers

Warm water systems (WW) are systems with a maximum flow temperature below 110 °C. The operating pressure has no influence on the distinction between hot and cold water. Warm Water systems need any annual operational checks by TÜV or others.
Hot water systems (HW) are systems with a maximum flow temperature above 110 °C, this systems usually need annual operation checks by TUV or others.
We are offering warm- and hotwater systems up to an operating pressure of 10 bar as standard equipment. Special solutions with higher pressure ratings are available on request.

    λ-controlled, with load-dependent distribution to combustion and burnout zone

    • Wall thickness (standard): Heat Exchanger 6 mm Boiler base 10 bzw. 5 mm
    • heavy-duty cleaning doors and inspection apertures, functionally arranged
  • 14 Ash Auger
    for removal of ash into the central receptacle optional with ash lock or hydraulic de-ashram

Air Heat Exchanger

When drying agricultural commodities warm- or hot water systems are often not economically viable because of the hight temperatures which are needed. Therefore BINDER offers a low-cost solution in form of Air-to-Air Heat Exchangers for indirect drying or combustion chambers for direct drying applications.

Saturated Steam Boiler

Saturated steam boiler
Available from nominal capacity of 200 kW upwards, combinable with all BINDER combustion systems, for the production of saturated steam. Working pressure up to 22 barG available, higher pressure on demand.
